LLC MANAGEMENT

We're now going to outline what the Management of the business will be. Typically, an LLC will be either "Member-Managed" or "Manager Managed".

A "Member Managed" LLC means that all of its members/owners are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.

A "Manager Managed" LLC means that one or more people/entities, which may or may not be a member/owner, may be responsible for the management of the day-to-day business.
